Programs

The
training

Six ways we can work together. Every program is built around the same idea: breath first, movement second, load third. Iron sharpens iron.

01

Signature Program

Break Out of the Shell

The flagship. Iron sharpens iron.

This is the program I built the brand around. It's not a six-week challenge. It's not an app subscription. It's a relationship between two people who decide to get better together — one of us coaching, one of us training, both of us learning.

When you sign up for Break Out of the Shell, you commit to eight weeks minimum, two sessions a week with me, and one self-led session you run at home with the program I write for you. We start with the breath. We move to carries and unloaded movement. We end at full-load strength work. By the end you've changed how your body operates, not just how it looks.

The spiritual side isn't a tag — it's how I program. We start every session with intention, we end every session with gratitude. If you're not faith-oriented that's okay; the structure still helps. If you are, it's the difference between a workout and a meaningful hour.

02

Athletic

Sports-Specific Training

Programs that transfer to game day.

Most strength programs make you stronger in the gym. They don't always make you better on the field. I write programs that earn their keep on game day — first-step speed, change of direction, conditioning that matches the actual energy demands of your sport.

Right now I work primarily with football, basketball, and track athletes. We audit your sport's demands, look at your position, and reverse-engineer the gym work from there. If you're a wide receiver, we're training acceleration and contact-balance, not powerlifting maxes you don't need.

Sessions run 60–75 minutes, twice a week in-season, three to four times off-season. We test every six weeks so the program adapts. No guessing, no copy-paste programming.

03

Ages 14–18

Youth Training

Strength, speed, confidence — in that order.

Youth athletes get the same standard as every other client, with one critical difference: we earn movement quality before we earn load. Most kids walking into a weight room have great motors but no foundation. We fix the foundation. Then we get strong.

I run movement screens before any loaded work. Single-leg balance, hinge mechanics, overhead position. If the basics aren't there, we build them. If they are, we push.

Parents — you'll hear from me. Not constantly, but consistently. I'll let you know what we worked on, what we're working toward, and what your kid did well. The goal is the kid walking into a varsity tryout with a quiet kind of confidence that comes from knowing they did the work.

04

8–12 Weeks

Transformation Programs

For the busy adult who wants their body back.

Built for the dad, mom, teacher, pastor, full or part-time employee who wakes up and doesn't recognize how they feel in their own skin. We pick a window — 8 to 12 weeks — and we run it hard.

Week 1–2: breath, sleep, basic movement, water intake. Boring. Necessary. Week 3–4: light loaded work, intentional fuel changes you can actually keep up with. Week 5–8: real strength work, conditioning that matches your week, and a body that's starting to feel like home again.

Visible results show up around weeks 8–12 for most clients. Energy and mood shift faster — usually by week three. That part isn't on social media but it's the part that keeps people coming back.

05

Community

Group Training

Small. Loud. Consistent.

Small groups, 3–6 people, similar training age. We run programmed strength and conditioning blocks built for the group — not 50 people doing 50 different things in a glorified bootcamp.

The reason I run groups is honest: community is the cheat code. Most people will skip a solo session. Almost nobody skips when they know four friends are showing up. The accountability does work the program can't.

Best fit if you've trained before, want intensity, and like the energy of training with people who push back. Drop-ins welcome with a quick call first to make sure the pace matches your level.

06

Just Us

1-on-1 Personal Training

The most personalized version of any of this.

If you don't fit cleanly into one of the above, we go fully custom. Just you and me. Programming written for your body, your week, your schedule, your sport, your faith journey.

I take a small number of 1-on-1 clients at a time so each gets the attention they paid for. We talk a lot — between sessions, not just during. The phone is always open.

If you've been burned by trainers who treat you like a number, this is the version that fixes that.

A note on cost

We talk pricing in person, like grown people. Programs scale with format, frequency, and length. Pick up the phone — we'll find a fit.
