Break
out of
the shell
I work hard. I'm smart about most things. Why can't I figure THIS out? That's the question I hear most. Eight to twelve weeks from now, you stop asking it. We breathe better, fit through the clothes, and remember what your body was actually built to do.
The Problem
You've tried everything except the right thing.
The app worked until life got busy. The bootcamp left you sore but not stronger. The gym membership is a monthly subscription to guilt. You're smart enough to know most of this isn't the answer. You just don't know what is.
Most coaches give you a workout. I'm going to give you back your breath, your confidence, and your time. In that order. Iron sharpens iron — but only if both pieces show up.
- ✦You're winded climbing one flight of stairs
- ✦Your clothes don't fit the way they did two years ago
- ✦You'd be embarrassed playing catch with your kid for 20 minutes
- ✦You've read enough Reddit threads to know that's not the issue
The Method
The hot take
"Hey — I'm brand newTwo and a half years at Target. Studying for certs. Designing clothes on the side. Building this from zero. to this career. I'm a rookie. But I love to help you breathe better, feel more confidence in your skin, and go deeper in faith with our Father — Christ above allFaith-first programming. Not preachy. Not a requirement. It's just how Eli coaches — gratitude over guilt.."
The ONE benefit
Measurable performance gains that show up on game day.
Not a transformation photo. Not an Instagram win. A faster first step, a steadier breath under load, and the kind of confidence that survives a bad week.
The Outcomes
Three things clients say after 8 weeks
"I can breathe better."
Movement-first programming rebuilds diaphragm and rib cage in weeks 1–4.
"I can fit through all my clothes now."
Body composition shifts as a side effect of better training and honest fuel.
"Gun show time. 💪🏾"
Strength as a downstream signal of doing the unsexy work first.
What Clients Say
Receipts, not reviews
Eight weeks in I caught my kid for forty minutes and he quit first. Eli does what he says.
Marcus, 41 ✦ Construction, dad of two
Trap bar deadlift 185→285 · Resting HR 78→64 · 2.5" off the waist
I came in tired and embarrassed. I leave Tuesday sessions feeling like I borrowed somebody else's lungs.
Janelle, 34 ✦ Teacher
Mile time 12:30→9:45 · Slept 7+hr nightly first time in 4 years
First-step speed felt different by week three. Coach put me on starting line up week six.
Tyrell, 17 ✦ Varsity wide receiver
10-yd split −0.18s · 40-yd −0.31s · Vertical +3.2"

The Services
Signature
Break Out of the Shell
Iron sharpens iron. You and me, every week, until full confidence — physical and spiritual. The flagship 1-on-1 program.
Athletic
Sports-Specific Training
Performance programs that actually transfer to sport. Football, basketball, track. Built around your sport's demands, not generic gym work.
Youth
Youth Training
Ages 14–18. Strength, speed, and the confidence to walk into a varsity tryout. Movement quality before max load.
Reset
Transformation Programs
8–12 weeks. Breath, fuel, sleep, strength — in that order. For the dad, the teacher, the pastor, the part-time employee who needs back in their body.
Group
Group Training
Small group strength + conditioning. Community is the cheat code — train with people who keep showing up.
1-on-1
Personal Training
Just you and me. Programmed for your week, your body, your sport. No two sessions identical.
How It Works
Not a funnel. A friendship.
Call or text first
Real conversation. No form. We figure out if I'm the right coach for what you're trying to do. If I'm not, I'll tell you who is.
Walk the room
First session is movement screen + breath work + conversation. No max effort, no shame. I write the plan by hand that night.
Iron sharpens iron
2x weekly with me, 1 self-led session. Eight weeks minimum. Programming evolves every Friday based on how the week landed.
Walk it out
Confidence is the goal, not photos. When you walk into your sport, your job, your church group different — we're done. (Or we keep going.)
About Eli
22 years old.
Brand new.
All in.
I'm Elijah Kollie — Coach Eli, or rockstareli online. I live in Maple Grove, Minnesota. I've worked at Target for two and a half years, do content on the side, and design clothes that are still getting better. I'm taking courses right now to go full-time in this career.
Somebody wanted to give up on me. I couldn't let them. That's why I'm here.
I've been training my whole life. High school is where I learned dedication — embrace the pain for a few hours, change everything else. I'd rather do that than anything beside my time with the Lord. So I'm turning it into a career.
FAQ
I don't have time. Can this work?+
Two hours a week with me, ~30 minutes self-led between. If you have time for a TV show, you have time for this. Most clients add the workouts where the scrolling used to be.
I'm worried about cost.+
We talk pricing in person, like grown people. There's a fit for most situations — I'd rather work with somebody motivated and figure it out than turn anyone away.
I've failed at this before.+
Good. You've already done the hard part — finding out what doesn't work. I want the version of you that already tried, not the one who thinks it'll be easy.
Is this faith-required?+
No. The way I coach is faith-shaped — gratitude, patience, stewardship of the body — but you don't have to share my faith to train with me. Iron sharpens iron either way.
